Position Overview
As an experienced HR Business Partner, you understand the challenges in the business like no other. You know how to assess organizational interests and the personal interests of employees in the right balance and to act accordingly. Based on your experience in multicultural and international environments, you can make a proper assessment of the impact on change processes and you know how to effectively translate this into your daily work.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Partner
- Align HR strategies with business goals.
- Collaborate with leadership to develop and implement workforce plans.
- Drive organizational development initiatives.
Workforce Planning
- Collaborate with department heads to understand current and future staffing needs.
- Conduct skills gap analyses to identify critical roles and potential shortages.
Employability
- Create policies and procedures for skills training and personal development.
HR Policy and Compliance:
- Create policies for the mean HR processes, implement and update.
- Ensure compliance with HR policies and legal requirements.
Change Management
- Facilitate organizational change initiatives.
- Support leaders in managing change effectively.
- Promote a culture of adaptability and continuous improvement.
Building the Canpack Company Culture
- Translate company values into HR processes and instruments.
- Develop and role-model the Canpack culture.
What are we looking for?
- HBO/WO degree in Human Resources, Business Economics, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in a generalist HR role in an international environment, preferably in production.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to link HR initiatives to business performance.
- Proven experience in change management and HR process implementation.
- Fluent in Dutch (mandatory) and English, spoken and written.
- Experience with Collective Labor Agreements (CLA).
- Knowledge of social security and health management.
