Position Overview:
Organise and supervise all used production tools, to ensure good quality spare parts.
Responsibilities:
- Supervising, coaching and motivating the Tool Room Technicians.
- Organising the daily tasks and ensuring that team members are aware of the planning priorities.
- Supervising and monitoring the departments KPIs (correct tool levels, mean time to repair).
- Contributing to the improvement of working procedures, by constantly looking for solutions to ensure the best results.
What We’re Looking For:
- Technical background.
- HBO level.
- Management skills and knowledge of leadership principles.
- Extensive knowledge of tools, test equipment and measurement devices.
- Knowledge of factory processes.
- Organisational and communication skills.
- Knowledge of ISO standards, BRC, HACCP principles and health & safety regulations.
- Good command of the English language.
