Position Overview
Analyse the existing production process and come up with improvement plans, maintenance plans and training plans for the assigned machine with the aim of increasing the efficiency and reliability of the machine. We are looking for a machine specialist for 3 areas: washer, bodymaker and decorator
Responsibilities:
- Developing and optimising machine improvement plans, maintenance plans and training plans for the assigned machine.
- Sharing expertise and extensive machine knowledge.
- Increasing the efficiency and reliability of the assigned machine.
- Ensuring compliance with all regulations, rules, procedures and policies in the field of health and safety, environment and food safety.
What We’re Looking For:
- Technical background.
- Detailed process and machine knowledge and experience.
- Knowledge of factory and can making processes.
- Knowledge of relevant operating procedures.
- Knowledge of preventive and predictive maintenance.
- Ability to use specific and special tools.
- Knowledge of ISO standards, HARA principles and health & safety regulations.
- Good command of the English language
