Maintenance Shifts: 2 Helmond Vacation days: €3 000 - €3 600
As a Maintenance Operator, you work in 2 shifts. You are responsible for repairing damaged production tools and parts, by using conventional machinery.
What are other topics you are responsible for?
- Ensuring the quality of the polishing, lathe, milling and grinding work, in accordance with the specifications and dimensions.
- Carefully checking the repaired tools.
- Effectively using and maintaining machines and tools.
- Ensuring the quality of the finished tools and spare parts.
- Ensuring compliance with all regulations, rules, procedures and policies in the field of health & safety, environment and food safety.
What will a week look like as a Maintenance Operator?
- After you receive damaged production tools and parts, you repair these tools and parts to be used as spare parts for production machines. In addition, you deliver these spare parts back to the Tool Room.
- You read technical drawings.
- You determine your own approach, including the machines and tools to be used.
- You operate (conventional lathes and polishers, milling machines and grinders) machining machines for processing, manufacturing damaged machine parts.
- You conduct all necessary measurements and visual inspections of parts, to ensure conformance of required specifications.
- You make hand drawings for new parts (e.g. rollers, shafts, brackets, machine tools) and you make new parts as temporary solutions, in situations of breakdown.
- You clean and conduct maintenance on the workshop machines.
- You manage and take care of all measurement tools and Instruments.
Who are you?
- You have MBO Level 3.
- You have a technical background.
- You have good knowledge of machining and tooling.
- You have experience with polishing, lathe, milling and grinding.
- You can read and interpret technical drawings.
- You have knowledge of all line, machines parts and materials.
- You have knowledge of measurement tools and techniques.
- You have knowledge of ISO/BRC standards, HACCP principles and health & safety regulations.
- You have good command of the English language.
